WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?

It all begins with a complimentary consultation. We reserve 2 hours for your private appointment. Come along with your fiancé, wedding planner, mother, best friend, or come solo. We just encourage all “decision makers” to be at the appointment if possible so they can be a part of the experience and see all the paper and print options in person.

During this meeting, we thoughtfully listen as you describe the look, feel, and overall vibe of your wedding. We’ll then begin translating the vision of your wedding into a full invitation suite.

We’ll sketch out the concept & color palette with you, as well as go over the wording for each piece.

Within 24 hours of our appointment, we’ll send an itemized quote with options for you to choose from, as well as a wording draft for you to review and approve. Once all is confirmed, we require a 50% deposit before getting started on your first design proof.

I’M IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, CAN I SWING BY TO LOOK AT YOUR WORK IN PERSON?

In order to ensure you receive the attention you deserve, we are by appointment only. We reserve 2 hours for your initial appointment to review your design, paper options, print methods, and wording for your invitations. To book an appointment, click here.

CAN YOU MAIL OUT MY INVITATIONS FOR ME?

Of course! Many of our clients choose to add on this service. We’ll even source the stamps for you!

WHEN SHOULD WE GET STARTED?

Save The Dates- Once you have your wedding date and venue secured, we can get started right away! The ideal time to meet with us to discuss your Save the Dates is 7-13 months before your wedding, so we can mail them out 6-12 months in advance.

Wedding Invitations- We recommend starting the process for wedding invitations 4-8 months before your wedding. This allows time for design, printing, envelope addressing, assembling and mailing. We aim to have these in the mail 10-12 weeks out from your wedding day.

Day of Stationery- The process for day of stationery (such as Menus, Ceremony Programs, or Seating Cards) should begin about 2 months before the wedding.

DO YOU ONLY DESIGN WEDDING INVITATIONS?

While we exclusively cater to wedding related events, we don’t only design invitations. We love designing menus, programs, table numbers, seating cards, and welcome notes to coordinate with the décor of your wedding.

WHAT PRINT METHODS DO YOU USE?

We specialize in letterpress printing, engraving, foil stamping and embossing. After reviewing your invitation design, we will give our expert recommendation for which print method will work best for the artwork. We will show you all of the options during your appointment.

WHAT IF I WANT TO USE A SPECIFIC PAINTING OR IMAGE IN MY INVITATION SUITE?

We are happy to incorporate supplied art into our design! We also work with a talented team of fine artists if you are looking for something truly unique and special.

DO YOU OFFER ENVELOPE ADDRESSING?

Yes! We offer both digital addressing (printed with a font) and hand calligraphy.
